"I liked the location very much. Architecture of the building was cool and interesting. Enjoyed the breakfast, good job, loved it. I think the stuff could have explained the terms of breakfast during check in a little better.... The pool was closed (locked) when I looked at it... with no one inside... Small remodeling was going on in the hotel during stay. Parking was free, very nice. The room had very nice window view of NYCity, very clean and spacious. I liked a little present (string back pack with the logo, nice touch). Toilet toiletry was nice too."

"Staff was very friendly, hotel was beautiful. I did have to get my rooms switched due to not having AC, was quickly accommodated on the room switch. Although, we couldn’t get a new room until later that night. Once we got our new room, sadly there were still issues with the room. Lights not working, shower never fully heated up. Small things! The worst thing I truly believe is the elevators! My goodness, they were so so slow, took 5-10 minutes just to catch the elevator to go down to the lobby. Truly is a good spot for a hotel, close to good restaurants and touristy spots."
