"This was our first time in Lanzarote and of course this resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room lovely (junior suite) and always well tended to by those lovely house keepers. The pools looked good, we didn't use them (we're not pool people). So, we had a great holiday."

"Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There's lots of wardrobe space and lots of hangers (something that always makes me happy). The area is exceptionally clean, lovely garden areas and very little noise. Theres lots of parking either in the car park or on the road. Some things that would help improve but did not spoil my experience.... There are very few cooking utensils, a chopping board, sharp knife, wine glasses and mugs would be nice. Softer towels would also be appreciated. We had to pay a deposit for the tv remote and there are only basic channels - being able to sign onto apps such as Netflix would be handy. There is a charge for the safe - why? The safe box is in the room already so I can't understand why we have to pay extra for that. Finally we were greated on evening arrival by a welcoming receptionist, however when we visited during the day they were not so helpful. Infact, i felt i was putting them out by asking questions. Overall, a nice hotel with no frills. I would happily return. It is a little way out of Playa Blanca but we enjoyed the lovely walk along the amazing coastline to the Marina. Theres also some nice bars about 5 mins walk away from the hotel. "

"The hotel staff were very friendly and the spa in particular is well worth a visit. The rooms were fine and the pool area is nice in the sun. Drink options are quite varied with an upcharge for branded drinks which is expected on an all inclusive. The food was average, breakfast probably the best out of the 3 main meals. Food was quite badge and bland with not masses of choice but it was average. "

"This is advertised as a 5 Star property. However, there were a number of disappointing issues: A number of the on site restaurants were closed, the Wi-Fi in the room stopped working half way through our holiday, the 'Fun Pub' was only open between 20:00 & Midnight and was closed completely on Wednesday & Friday. The squash court was closed and the two treadmills were in a poor state of repair."

"Host was extremely helpful. The villa was clean and comfortable with all equipment provided. Spacious and great sized rooms. Pool was smaller than average but perfectly adequate. Would definitely recommend and stay again when we visit Playa Blanca. Thank you Shin for sharing your Villa. "

"Had a lovely 7 nights in February to get away from the grim UK weather.The Villa was perfect for our needs, spotlessly clean and very well appointed.Ideally situated in an extremely quiet area, just a short walk away from amenities.Host communications were prompt and informative.Hope to visit again next year."
