"A great hotel to travel with children. The salt water pool is amazing. We did have issues with getting chairs by the pool because people reserve them and the hotel send tonhace no control over this. Lots of great dining options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beach beautiful but crowded."

"We stayed in the club for 3 nights, everything was perfect, adult area was lovely, the pool was heated, pool bar was great.. we even had a free bar from 6 til 8 every night where we mixed our own drinks.. "A short but sweet review Our second time staying at Villa Caminantes and it was just as good as the first! We loved every moment. We love Lanzarote and the villa is in a lovely area, close to all amenities. Taxi rides are cheap and it’s easy to get to other places if and when needed! Walkable distance to beach, 15 mins max. Walkable distance to marina, 15 mins max. And a 5 min taxi ride into the center of town, approx 5. The pool was immaculate and the villa itself very clean and had all the bits we needed to enjoy 10 days away. We made use of the washing machine whilst away, so no dreaded post holiday wash loads! Iain extended our check out time on our last day, which made the stress of packing up and leaving so much better- a huge thank you for that. Thank you for having us again! We hope to revisit. "
"Having stayed in many villas over the years this has been the smallest ( 2 bedrooms ) but by no means is this a tiny villa, the rooms were spacious and well furnished. We found the villa perfect for our needs. The location was great, just a 10-15 mins stroll to the marina and a few minutes to a good supermarket.The management company were very helpful throughout the booking process and replied quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely return to this villa!"

"We really enjoyed the house.Exceptional location, great amenities.Very well organized.A huge thanks for the « basis stuffs » we found in the villa as salt, pepper… so much appreciable to have toilet paper and soap when we arrived.Great quality of bed, towels, and nice to have towels for the swimming pool.Perfect temperature of the swimming pool (essential with a kid:-) and air conditioning was very useful.Manuel was very responsive as well.In a nutshell fantastic stay !Nevertheless few points of improvements:- need to change the transat/ not confortable, not cleaned and very old fashioned- we did not find water to clean the terrace; indeed with the Sahara wind there was a lot of dust outside and we were not able to clean the hallways near the swimming pool.- very noisy pump just behind the head of the bed in the master bedroom. Probably noise comes from the neighbours/ their swimming pool pump? But I m quite sure the issue will be fixed swiftly. That was an issue to be honest but we used ear plugs. My family and I felt in Love of Lanzarote and this charming house!!!"

The apartments are a little way from the main areas but we were aware of this before we booked and really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.

"We had a wonderful 9 days at Barcelo Playa Blanca. It was a wonderful hotel with amazing facilities, incredibly clean and rooms were fantastic.
This was pretty much the first time we’ve done a half board basis and the value was amazing, saving us a fortune for a family of 6 where we normally spend upwards of £150 a day on food and eating out.
