"Lovely resort nestled high above the lake with views of the water and mountains. Staff was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. The restaurant served up an excellent rotating menu with local fresh ingredients. When they say family friendly, they mean it! Pizza parties, craft classes and magic shows are all on tap for the little ones, and there were many staying while we were there. Overall an excellent stay if you don't mind little ones everywhere."

Only downside was the pool which could only be used by families between 2 and 3.30pm which is no good if you are out skiing. "This is such a charming place tucked away by a sweet lake with swimming and shade. We thought we had booked a place with the same name on Lake Molveno so were initially disappointed when we arrived to a different hotel/lake. But it turned out to be much nicer for us, more relaxed, less busy, more authentic. The room was spacious with a nice kitchen, large bathroom, nice balcony overlooking the lake and mountains, and comfortable bedding. The breakfast was generous and the staff was very helpful....

"The staff at this cozy hotel were very friendly despite my Italian being very bad. Linda was amazing at the front desk. I had to shorten my trip a couple of days & they were incredibly understanding. The dinners were fantastic and despite the town being relatively remote, everything was very accessible. "This was a lovely little B&B hotel right in the heart of Trento. The location was perfect and was in easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We stayed here two separate nights, one week a part from each other, so two different rooms. We had trouble with the air conditioning the first night and it ended up being very hot for sleeping. The second stay in a different room, the air conditioner worked better but still never got as cool as we wanted even when we set it to 19 degrees...

"Beautiful hotel, amazing view of the lake, everyine working there was so friendly. My only issue was when booking through a 3rd party site you don't get acccess to the pool we were not told that upon checking in. We decided to go to the pool and used our key which didn't open it, the front desk told us there would be a $10 a day per person charge if we wanted to use the pool. The person checking us in should of mentioned it or it should be posted upon check in of the fee if not booked directly...
