This condo is on the third floor with dual elevator access overlooking the beautiful waterfall and recreational pool at the Regatta. This end condo has plenty of light from extra-large side bay windows in the dining room area. This vacation rental has over 1800 square feet of living space, including a screened lanai ideal for morning coffee or relaxing. The living room has a large, comfortable sectional with a 55' TV. Prepare your favorite meals with the aid of the full kitchen's suite of stainless-steel appliances and all-new cookware stocked with everything a cook or family requires. Enjoy high-speed WiFi. A brand-new washer/dryer in the home allows you to pack light for extended stays. Beach chairs, towels, sand toys, and two beach umbrellas are provided. All furniture, mattresses, linens, and towels are brand new and top-of-the-line for your comfort. Enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening while taking pool views from the lanai. Regatta's main swimming pool area features new lounge chairs, a waterfall, a spa/hot tub, and an adjacent fitness center. A poolside tropical hut/gazebo with a complete kitchen, ice maker, sink, and two gas grills are available and are often used for happy hour events or cooking out. Regatta is a short two-block walk from the award-winning Vanderbilt Beach, which features full-size chair/umbrella rental, private cabanas, bar/restaurants, changing/restroom facilities, and a beach store for your food/beverage/sunscreen needs. Enjoy the sunsets over the Gulf when an old bell is rung at the moment the sun sets under the horizon. Water activities nearby include parasailing, jet skiing, boating, and charter fishing. Naples offers several excellent semi-private golf courses, but advanced reservations are highly recommended in season. Grocery shopping options include Whole Foods, Trader Joe s, Fresh Market, Publix and Walmart all nearby. High-end shopping has The Waterside Shops (3 miles) and the boutiques of Old Downtown Naples (8 miles). The newly finished Mercato development is only one mile away, which offers high-end shopping, multiple dining and nightclub options, and the Silverspot luxury movie theater, complete with reserved leather seating and restaurant/bar service.

This vacation rental requires the completion of an application requiring sensitive information to be submitted directly to the HOA within three days of booking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
