"The staff were great, but the hotel was under construction so it wasn’t as nice as it could have been. The one thing I didn’t like was the bathroom door was like a sliding barn door and there was no way to secure it when you close it. "It’s the best Holiday Inn I’ve ever lived in, the staff are amazingly friendly, they have a number to text, you can ask for service and help with them. The drain of the tub was clogged, I texted them and the super was sent immediately to fix it. You can store your luggage before checkin and after checkout when you enjoy the city. The breakfast is served between 6:30am and 9:30am, the place is clean and grand, the breakfast is yummy too."
