A special mention must go to Leanne in the spa, whose exemplary customer service made our visit even more memorable. The heated outdoor pool was a real treat, such a unique and relaxing touch. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of high-quality options that catered to all tastes. Every bite reflected the same attention to detail seen throughout the rest of the hotel. The staff, without exception, were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their dedication and friendliness truly set The Retreat apart. "Lovely rooms geat value for money. Food was lovely. Bar staff could have been better, didnt have any prosecco in fridge and didbt seem to want to use initiative to solve the issue with ice bucket and ice also told us we could finish our drinks outside at end of night - weird. "
