"This property is above their cafe and my room 5 was directly above the ventilation fans - so you hear them loudly throughout your stay (no mention when booking of “bring earplugs”) Despite being mid December, the radiator in my room was not producing heat - perhaps the staff wear outdoor coats when ‘preparing’ the room. "Good price. Parking close by. Downside is that if it is warm, no AC or fan so had to keep window open. Very noisy in courtyard overnight so had a terrible night's sleep. "
