"The house was great and in perfect condition.
Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful.
Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it.

"This hotel has great rooms for cheap prices. Our room had a complication but the hotel staff upgraded our room no questions asked and were very apologetic for the issue. 4 stars. "Very flash hotel for the price we paid, so many amenities and got our room upgraded for free which was a bonus. Friendly staff, and very clean hotel. Perfect location 5 min walk to Kyoto Station, they offer a shuttle to the station every 20 mins as well. To save on rubbish they provide a self serve water and ice machine on every floor and provide a bottle and an ice bucket which I thought was very cool "
