"One of the towels was dirty. The lift was broken. There was junk outside the lift on every floor. Seems like a place for hen and stag events, and like bad behaviour is expected by staff from all patrons."

It's a shame that some guests have no respect for others and are noisy during the night but I guess that's the kind of people you get when staying in one of the cheapest hotels in Manchester. The hotel itself showed improvements and a very decent service for what you pay."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The property tried to charge me twice. The apartment owner is also very rude on the phone with poor communication. Once I had booked, I arrived at the apartment to find out I can't be let in the building because all staff had gone home. I asked why am able to book if no one is available to let me in and he told me I booked to late. He then asked me to send £700 to his account in order for him to send someone to let me in. I declined and said we will leave it only to wake up...
