"Capsule is a capsule, not a room. It's ok for what it is. Mattress was a little thin. Can't keep any items in it since it has no door, so keep your stuff in a small locker. Shared bathroom has hot tubs so that's great. Shared lounge / common room was big and fairly comfortable. Most annoying thing was they close the hotel from 10am to 2pm and you can't be there at that time. This should be disclosed in the listing but it wasn't (it is disclosed at the front desk)"

The room given on check in was at the front of the hotel and very noisy so we could not sleep, we asked to change rooms and no problem they moved us to the back of the hotel. The room was very small but I believe this is standard in Tokyo. "
