"The Godzilla theme was pretty cool, and the staff were amazing. However, the Godzilla themed food was mediocre. Anyway, the location is right in the middle of the action. So if you want a great hotel with many shops, restaurant, bars, etc .. nearby then this is the hotel for you. Plus the coin operated laundry room was great for me."

"We had a wonderful experience at Rose Garden hotel. Two rooms for a family of 4, the front desk staff were very friendly, accommodating, very attentive, and professional. "Room small. Security on ground floor and need to use key to access elevator. At night, many people outside, concert or dances and food trucks just outside hotel. We were on higher floor so less noise, earplugs offered at check in but we did not need. Bus for airport transfer next door at Kabuchiko tower so very convenient. A bit of walk to Shinjuku station. Laundry located in bath dressing room so some had their cell phones in dressing area. In men’s public baths, 1 large indoor pool with jets, 1 smaller outdoor pool with open roof, 1 personal tub. Wife says women’s large pool was not hot."

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The bus we used from Haneda airport dropped us off just in front of the hotel ( the hotel is large/ popular enough to have its own stop. The hotel staff were amazingly attentive and helpful. The rooms were nicely appointed with a tremendous view of Tokyo (we had a 23 rd floor room). Everything was clean and the rooms were of good size but I would not say large. The hotel has multiple shops and restaurants included. The lunch buffet on the first floor was outstanding and reasonably priced. The hotel felt a bit dated but it did not distract us from have an outstanding experience! Great hotel."
