NO PARTIES/EVENTS ALLOWED Home is strictly for vacation. Guests are NOT allowed to host parties/events. Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM
Trash/recycling must be taken out every day and place inside the bench bin outside. Daily trash pick-up Mon-Sat. No excess trash on top of bench bin.
