* Grill rental requires a BBQ Liability Waiver and a minimum 24-hour
notice for delivery.
* The screen doors of the pool area are padlocked, accessed only by
pool maintenance staff.
* Familiarity with pool and grill usage equipment is expected, and
the user is responsible for any accidents.

Wildlife and Pests

* The property has regular pest control, but wildlife and insects are
native to the area. Contact management if issues arise, but
reimbursements for wildlife sightings are not provided.

* Drivers for service deliveries must show photo identification and
proof of service to access the community.
