Requested an early check-in 24 hours in advance, front desk said it was no problem and to check with them the morning of, also asked about general location of our unit and was told it would be near the front gate.
Morning of check-in (9AM), ask the front desk about early check-in, they take my number and say they’ll text me when it’s ready.
1PM- no text, so I go to the front desk, they tell me it’s not ready.
3:30PM- no text, go to the front desk and she says “oh they just finished. It’s ready”.
We go to the unit and there’s a service man working on the wifi/cable.
It was also nowhere near the front gate. When I went back and asked if we could be moved closer, she said no. When I asked why, she told me that I’d have to call reservations. I call reservations and she tells me I have to talk to the front desk and hangs up on me. I go back to the front desk and she says “there’s nothing wrong with the unit, so you can’t move.”
By far the worst check in experience that I’ve ever had.
