I booked this place to stay for a family weekend trip to universal. After driving 8 hours and having one hour prior to our arrival, I searched my email for arrival instructions on how to get into the property . There was no email with a code to the door or lock box code . We tried to contact the host multiple times , with no response . We called the number listed and it was not even the correct number , the person who answered said we had “the wrong number “. We arrived to Orlando at 9pm with kids and no place to stay!!! VRBO customer service tried to contact the host and was also unsuccessful, so therefore canceled and refunded us our money for the rental. Very frustrating to arrive for vacation with literally no place to stay. Do not recommend at all.
