We got an ocean view which helped to keep it comfortable at night considering there is no air conditioning, as most in Hawaii do not have or use air conditioning. We slept well and the staff were all very warm and welcoming. Banyan Drive is beautiful and places you close to all things you would want to do and see in Hilo."
