"This place is just wonderful. It is finished to a high standard and is very comfortable and homely. It is situated in a very quiet location and is only 10 minutes from the seaside at Paignton. It is ideally positioned to explore Torbay and the surrounding areas and allows you to escape to the peace and quiet of the countryside at the end of your day. "The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."
