"The building, staff and amenities where outstanding, we did go for a basic room but it met our need and was comfortable and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful I can’t fault them. The building is outstanding the share vastness of it must take some upkeep and the place looked amazing with open lounge areas beautifully decorated. "

"We had a beautifully clean and very spacious room in the hotel's annex which was very peaceful and quiet. The whole stay was a perfect way to enjoy christmas! Every single member of staff was happy & smiling, the food absolutely superb, plenty of drinks choices...WONDERFUL!"
