"Spent 5 night in Cheltenham, location was very good, within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. It was surprisingly quiet despite being quite central. Booked the Sienna room which was spacious however, unfortunately, didnt make use of the patio as it seemed dirty and uncared for making it unappealing to spend time in. Otherwise room was ok, bed was comfortable and good size, and appreciated the complementary really nice coffee. Thank you!"

"First time staying in the Citrus Hotel Cheltenham. The family room we had was a surprise in that it was so huge. It even had self catering facilities in a cupboard including a sink, microwave and kitchen utensils! The room was dated and looked like we could have been in the 80’s, but it was very clean and quiet. The location is fantastic for walking into central Cheltenham, and the small car park beneath the hotel was an added bonus at £10 per night. We would definitely stay in the hotel again if we were to spend a day or two in Cheltenham."

"The carpets could use a deep clean or upgrade, and the whole place a coat of paint. Staff was amazing, room had a leak in the bathroom and I was immediately changed to another room. You pay for what you get. I would stay there again."

"We booked though Expedia, but Expedia didn't send any details to us (either by email or text) to enable us to gain access into the property. We were on the street for 30 minutes, having to try to get some progress using Expedia's 'Automated Assistant' - but, ironically, this 'assistant' proved to be no assistance whatsoever, We were then fortunate in that two guests came out of Reception, so we were able to get into the building where we found Mansley's contact number. Their call handler was excellent and very efficiently sorted everything for us. The Receptionist the next day (Roy) was super-helpful/knowledgeable about the local area and helped us have a great stay; if we do go back, I think we'll book direct."
