"We stayed for 2nights, I originally booked a cozy room but was upgraded on arrival, the room was beautiful, fresh cookies everyday , tea coffee replenished, the bed so comfortable, the location was perfect for getting around the Cotswolds and at night the hotel looked was stunning loved the water wheel , we ate at the restaurant one night and the food was delicious I can’t fault the hotel at all "

Especially as they rang me to say I left my EpiPens behind (I didn’t get the message until I was home sadly) but they were super prompt to let me know. On checking in the lady (can’t remember her name) went “oooh I’m meant to be going home, but I can check you in” my friend was being booked in at the same time. "
