This person cancelled our booking 6 days before we were due to arrive. We had already paid in full. It was in incredibly difficult and expensive to find alternative accommodation.

Franchement plate-forme à fuire j’ai passer la nuit du 31 au 1er dehors cars ma reservation a été annulé 30 min avant mon arrivée me laissant à la rue, le service client est horrible et douteux la seule réponse qui sont en capacité de vous répondre c’est “on ne peux rien faire de plus que vous rembourser”
