Je n'ai pas apprécié d'avoir une caution de 500 prélevé alors que c'était indiqué que ce ne serait pas prélevé. Et je n'ai pas apprécié non plus le manque de souplesse sur l'heure de départ. Un surplus de 50 pour 2 heures et 300 si on dépasse, c'est du vol. Cela dit, l'appartement est correct.

Séjour inexistant : propriétaire irrespectueux et irresponsable… réservation payée intégralement ainsi que la caution des 500 euros puis annulation par le propriétaire après l’heure d’arrivée, en fin de journée… Annulation soi-disant pour « problème de plomberie », pourtant l’annonce est restée en ligne immédiatement après.Argent encaissé, annulation tardive, aucune solution aucune indemnisation… Des heures d’attente dans le froid et la neige, sans solution ni soutien d’Abritel.Inacceptable. Jamais eu problème comme ça avec Booking
