I arrived at the hotel early on a Thursday morning and the gentlemen working the front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly, he shortly was coming off his shift and the young lady was also very friendly and welcoming. "The Hotel is very nice, located in a beautiful neighborhood, full of green and 3 blocks away from Earls court underground station. Full of restaurants, supermarkets and many shops within 5 blocks. Staff is very responsive and always willing to help and make one’s stay comfortable. Room was quite small but ok for the price. Breakfast is good and complete. Would stay again."

"I travelled to London with my mother in April 2024. We stayed our first 4 nights at Room2 Chiswick and it was wonderful. The hotel is located a very short walk from Turnham Green Underground station and, even late at night, it felt very safe walking to and from the underground. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well stocked with teas/coffees and even chocolate bars!
