Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. "Stayed here for one night following visiting Portmerion. Lovely room, bed very comfy! Prices at the bar were cheap - good wine options! Visited the waterfall when leaving which is nice place to see. Would recommend. "
"The staff were excellent. The rooms were lovely and spacious. We had a dog friendly room which was really lovely. The food was delicious, the hotel is centrally positioned in Conwy. I would highly recommend a stay at this Hotel. We will return again the near future."

"From start to finish, our stay at Ioxora Hotel was exceptional. Parking was excellent and the well kept surroundings created a great first impression. The reception area had a warm, welcoming ambience, and we were greeted with a genuine smile by the friendly bearded gentleman on check in, which set the tone for the rest of our visit.
Our room was outstanding, spotless, modern, and thoughtfully equipped. The Smeg appliances were a nice touch and impeccably clean. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the temperature controlled rooms made for a perfect night’s sleep.
We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. Ioxora Hotel will definitely be our choice again in the future."
