"We have stayed here a few times and love it. There's a separate room for our son which works well. Full kitchen. Wood fire stove. Patio. Tvs. Love it! Wish they would fix the hot tub. "

"Front desk staff were very helpful :) Our room was very clean beds were comfy. Hot tub was great but the jets were out of service. Free underground parking a plus and also provided free bus passes. It’s a bit of a walk downtown but doable. Definitely will stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was absolutely stunning and Good Folk was our favorite place to eat in Banff. The staff was friendly and helpful and we loved waking up to the view of the mountain each morning. The complementary bus pass was really convenient and much appreciated as well. "
