"Clean room and clean balcony"

"This place is definitely not your standard resort. It is super inconvenient if traveling with small children. After check in, it seemed like I was in a hotel outside the US. First, I felt conned into having to pay for parking. Parking is not free if you book through a third party website. Second, the building only has public elevators toward the front end which can make walking to your room a trek. This is especially hard while traveling with children and their stuff. Additionally, the cheap fragrance in the hallways is extremely overpowering and unpleasant to smell. The smell caused me a headache so I highly recommend to avoid if you’re sensitive to smells. The small rooms do not have drawers or microwaves. Our room had a small table and cubbies that could barely fit our stuff. The showers are covered half way. The floor was flooded after everyone was done showering. The set up to turn on the hot water is also not standard. It’s not a difficult set up for adults but it doesn’t allow for independent children to shower alone. The sinks are too high for children under 4 feet tall. The breakfast buffet and pool are two redeemable qualities."

"Room wasn’t very clean, the bathroom toilet area has gross hair upon check in, had to call several time for it to get cleaned up… after waiting for a long time had to do it ourselves because we have kids that needs to use bathroom…. Rooms smelled weird and other unclean items throughout room. The employees at check in were persistent with trying to get you to attend the “presentation “ for a timeshare super annoying. Otherwise everything else was fine."

"This is a great place to stay for business and more importantly for families. The rooms are basically apartments fully equipped so you can shop, prepare your own meals and do your laundry everything is comfortable and the people here are wonderful. The amenities are great can't say enough about this property and how good it is for the money."
