But people, let me tell you. We have NOTHING but good things to say about this place, their people, the food, the activities, the room, the pools, the drinks. It was all amazing. They pay such close attention to details and remember little things that you said or liked or ate. They even polished our sunglasses and brought them back to us at lunch, just because. We loved it. "Went as a solo traveller in the off season. Resort staff was friendly. Food was good although not all restaurants are open every night but that’s understandable given how busy. Felt safe. Good mix of busy and loud spots and quiet areas. Would definitely go back! Brace yourself for not being able to swim in the ocean during the off season, which is far beyond the hotels control! "
