Nestled on an elevated one-acre plot, you'll have complete privacy in your warm and cozy, well-appointed haven. The highlight of your stay will be the luxurious jacuzzi, positioned to offer panoramic vistas of the rolling Sussex hills. As the sun sets, immerse yourself in the warm, bubbling waters and let your worries melt away.
Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed living space with a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable seating area, and a separate bedroom. The barn seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern amenities, ensuring a delightful stay. Our barn tends to get warm during the summer months. We recognise the comfort of our guests is paramount, so we are installing air conditioning in the near future.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property, including the paddock, which spans 1 acre. The barn is situated at the end of a private drive behind a locked gate that also begins the footpath to the famous bluebell woods.
Other things to note
For the health and comfort of our guests, please be assured that our jacuzzi is emptied, thoroughly cleaned, and refilled before every check-in.

For stays extending beyond 7 days, we’re pleased to offer a weekly refresh which includes a fresh set of towels and linens. Additionally, for optimal hygiene and your enjoyment, we’ll also renew the water in the hot tub. Kindly note that after refilling, it takes about 8 hours for the water to reheat. Furthermore, to ensure the best hot tub experience, we’ll be checking the water’s pH level twice daily. If any adjustments are needed for the chemical balance, we’ll promptly inform you. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities.
