"The room was very spacious and nice, clean nice view, had all the things that were needed, bathroom was okay, a little small but not too small, the shower water gets onto the floor and can soak the floor so be careful with that. But overall it’s great."

"One of the worst stays we've had. We were given a faulty room with a broken ac unit, instead of offering a room replacement we were given fans, which caused my 5 year old to vomit due to constant fluctuations of the temperature. The complimentary water tap was out of order and when we asked for bottled water we were told those are only given to suite rooms. I was not aware of this prior to the booking. Also housekeeping only came to clean for one out of 3 nights of our stay to clean. Overall the staff were not accommodating to our issues or did we feel they were a concern for them. One of the worst stays we've had. "
