"It was very clean. The service was excellent from the reception to house keeping. The buffet breakfast was great with good price. Great ambience. Anything we needed was available to us right away. My family and I would stay at this hotel again."

"Arrived and all but one of the self check-in kiosks were out of order. Waited and used it, only for it to freeze. A member of staff then assisted from his laptop but insisted we needed to pay for the room, even though it had been paid for in advance. He remained insistent, even after being shown the receipt. I refused to pay again and asked him to double check. He reluctantly did so and discovered it had been paid. No apology offered and he checked us in. This took far too long. The room was okay. The rainforest shower didn't work nor did the TV."

"I stayed in this hotel as it was before it closed now rooms have been updated but the mattress was terrible .now no bar or restaurant that's a shame. I would stay again ok for a night or two as not as bad price and convenient"
