"Overall I was satisfied with my one night stay at the Radisson Blu Birmingham. The check-in staff were friendly and efficient and the room was of good quality. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff attentive. Despite its very modern exterior appearance the property is beginning to show its age. The bathroom floor tiles were clean, but needed polishing or replacing. There were no convenient electrical sockets, meaning having to leave charging items on the floor. The USB sockets were loose. There are no windows that open, and the heating / air system only goes down to 19°C. There is no cooling function, meaning the room is warm and stuffy. I imagine this would be very uncomfortable in summer."

"Genuinely try to book this hotel whenever I fly in from malaga. Whether its for a show or seeing family it gives me the right comfort/space and everything I need on the doorstep juat walking distance away. Bulkring/mailbox/train great location. And great value for money if you want breakfast too. I missed it last time as I headed out and forgot to grab something but had it before and its as fully loaded as you'd need. Staff are always pleasant and ive never had any issues so guess who will be bookong again haha"

"Highly impressed with its clean and comfortable room. The only improvement required is to have some essential resources in place like towel & kettle in individual room so we don’t have to travel to thr common kitchen on the 4th floor."
