Genting Hotel & Spa at Resorts World Birmingham

10/10 Excellent
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem in the UK I am absolutely in love with Genting Hotel Birmingham and will definitely be visiting again soon. From the moment we arrived, the whole experience felt luxurious. This hotel is genuinely a hidden gem in the UK. One of my favourite things about Genting is how much there is to enjoy without even leaving the resort. You have restaurants, shops, entertainment and plenty to do, so the stay feels like a proper getaway rather than simply a night in a hotel. The spa was a huge highlight for me. The pool, hot tub and changing rooms were honestly the cleanest I have ever experienced at a hotel or spa in the UK. Everything felt immaculate, well maintained and luxurious. The standard of cleanliness stood out immediately. A special mention has to go to Denise at the spa. She was warm, welcoming and attentive, and made an already lovely experience even better. The sense of luxury throughout Genting was impossible to miss. From the facilities and surroundings to the service and atmosphere, everything felt premium and thoughtfully done. I left already thinking about my next visit. If you are looking for a luxury UK stay with a beautiful spa, great food, shopping and entertainment all in one place, Genting Hotel Birmingham deserves five stars. An amazing experience from start to finish."
