"Our room is very nice with view of the harbour, amazing view! Bar offers great selection. And the view at rooftop is very nice! Breakfast is fresh every day, just not many selection. Staff at the reception are welcoming, even helpful in getting a taxi for us one morning that it's snowing and also showing us where the restaurants nearby are. Only slight bad comment that I have is that every time our room is getting cleaned, the bin in the toilet is not being emptied. I will still come back to this hotel though, the location is perfect, bus stop #5 is just across 2mins walk, almost all our tours pickup are at this bus stop. And the hotel is very close to everywhere."

"The hotel was spacious, clean, and comfortable! Our son was impressed by how much space we had. He said it felt like a luxury hotel! lol Another highlight was having breakfast placed inside the refrigerator every afternoon which was both a time and money saver! The fresh bread that was hung on our door at 8 am morning added to the already tasty breakfast. You could make sandwiches to take with you on your driving adventures! The staff was wonderful, they helped accommodate us when our flight was cancelled and there was uncertainty about if we needed to stay another night or more. They helped answer questions regarding the apps that you use for parking as well. Knowledgeable and kind! We would for sure stay here again next time we are in Reykjavik! "

"Renovated room was nice, very minimalist. There seems to be confusion on what a family room is vs a junior suite. Dinner in the restaurant was great. Server was very attentive."
