"The hotel amenities were excellent and truly enhanced our stay. Everything was well-maintained, convenient, and thoughtfully provided, making it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. However, the only downside was that the air conditioning in our room never worked. We reported it several times, but it was never fixed, and we had to sleep with a fan provided by the hotel. Overall, future travelers can expect great facilities, but it may be worth confirming that everything in the room is functioning properly upon arrival."

"A historic hotel in a great location a block from Penn Station! Obviously it’s an older hotel with some updates but if you’re seeking all the modern amenities you’ll be disappointed as this hotel is a bit “old school” Our room was clean and adequate for our needs as we only stayed two nights. The bathroom a bit dated and lacking hooks or shelves for our belongings. The staff was polite and helpful. We ate breakfast at the diner and the food was good. Honestly for a short stay you can’t beat the location!"

"Our stay was wonderful! Everything was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was good, location was convenient and we did not use the parking since we took the train. Hotel seemed to be taken care of even though it is a very old building. We would definitely stay again."
