"We stayed in the family select section and there was so much attention paid to stocking the room with things we would want and need. They understood our son is older (12) and made sure there were age appropriate things for him to do for fun. Each building has a personal butler and concierge who offered to plan an itinerary for us every day based on how we felt. There are so many activities including, we were always finding new things to do every day. The room was perfect: spacious and well designed so we could all get ready and have privacy when we needed it. We found the whole property spotless and the service amazing. The check in process was one of the best check in experiences we’ve ever had. There was a lounge my son could get snacks and drinks and play Xbox while we handled check-in. The staff as so accommodating and go out of their way to get you everything you want. We never found an issue getting a lounger near the pool or in a prime spot on the beach. We never waited along for anything. My son played soccer at the sports Center each night before dinner, and they would send a golf cart to pick him up and take him to the game. One evening he wanted to stay in after having too much sun, and they sent him room service with all his favourite foods. The wifi is excellent if you need it. We’d definitely come back!"
