"Close but not too close..."
The hotel is located very close to the sights but not so close that you are hearing the sounds of the city (street sweeper, garbage trucks, loud pedestrians late at night, etc.). Mechanical shutters on the window help to block sun and noise when sleeping. Service by the front desk/ concierge staff is cordial and efficient. Their recommendations for dinner are spot on. Rooms are good size with decent size bathrooms. Nespresso machines, fluffy robe and slippers in the room are a nice touch. Free Breakfast provided high caliber food and freshly made espresso drinks. Rooftop restaurant is a picturesque spot for drinks. (Didn't have dinner although menu looked good). Hotel is in a convenient location to walk the city. Walked to sights during the day and then dinner in Trestavere for dinner. Only used uber/lyft to early Vatican tour, to/from train station. Highly recommended and will stay again.

"Very well situated but lacked polish"
Well situated hotel. Very nicely decorated. Good breakfast. Exuded an air of luxury. Some of the functions of the hotel were in need of repair. The sink plug didn't work, shower door wouldn't close. The front desk staff were very polite but not very clued up with recommendations for dinner etc. These were small issues that didn't spoil the overall experience. We left feeling very satsfied and felt the hotel was worth the price.

"Perfectly placed for walking in Rome"
Great, friendly hotel. Excellent location and beautiful buffet breakfast. Room was elegant and comfortable. Could have done with an extra chest of drawers for clothes storage but was a wonderful base for a city break in Rome.

"Overall good "
Only reason we booked the hotel for its late night arrival policy, so we went late at night and got a room which was a cellar. It was not the room we booked, I went to the reception and explained the situation about the room so the guy explained me they are gonna change the room later at morning. We spent the night at that room which was the only bad experience we have had otherwise its been very good. Morning breakfast is worth of money it was very good. WiFi service should be better, carpet on the hallway should be changed it makes the hotel's looks cheaper. Location is fantastic. Staffs are very friendly. They have a nice shuttle car and a very good chauffeur. Overall it's a very good hotel experience except the first night and WiFi should be a little better. I would love to go again if they improve the WiFi service.
