"GM, Manager, Front desk/Reservations, Dining staff, were very friendly, helpful, understanding, and courteous. Both managers were hands-on! Room is clean but the floor in the shower needs to be sprayed with bleach...showed signs of that pink stuff and mildew. Water runs out towards the rest of the bathroom (walk-in shower), draining needs to be addressed. Free breakfast and dinner!!! Drury Inn puts all the other hotels that we stayed in on this vacation to shame! HOT, HOT breakfast! Coffee, water, and juice stations were always stocked! This hotel is a walking distance to shopping, nice restaurants, theater, gas station, etc. Nice apartment complexis are around."

"Great place to stay! We arrived later at night around 11pm and the front desk gal working at that time was wonderful. Nice, quiet, clean and in a very nice area. "

"I booked an additional night through Hotels.com due to my home flooding but accidentally selected the wrong date. Payment was made at 12:06 p.m., and I immediately corrected the date once I realized the mistake. Despite providing proof, the general manager required us to leave, citing a five hour policy that had not yet been exceeded. I was traveling with three children, and the situation was handled with no flexibility or professionalism. Very disappointing experience."
