Buqa - A modern, luxurious alpine 'all season' chalet-apartment in Samoëns.

"Great position, and the bedrooms were fine. Lovely to sit out on the little balcony in the evenings.The bathroom showers were excellent, and there was enough storage round the washbasin.Downsides: while we were there, there was a building site in front, which meant no meadow to sit in and considerable noise during our second week (early September).The other frustration was the size of the kitchen work area. The kitchen/diner was a good size for eating, but tiny for cooking. The preparation area was only about 40cm between the draining board and the hob. So you end up using the dining table as well - messy. The kitchen was actually well-equipped - both in terms of fridge capacity and in terms of utensils etc. But it was frustrating cooking."

"Magnifique chalet très bien équipé dans un environnement de montagnes superbe et entre deux villages offrant toutes sortes d’activités Un séjour idéal pour notre famille de trois générations du grand père au bébé d’un an où nous avons pu profiter de tout le confort du chalet ainsi que de la piscine en ayant la chance d’avoir très beau temps Seul petit moins le revêtement de la piscine fatigué Mais tout le reste était parfait"

"Excellent apartment and incredibly well situated. We had an amazing stay. Check in instructions didn’t appear on the app for some reason so we had to make some phone calls and wait around a short while, but nothing to complain about. Check out was as simple as just leaving when we were ready. Communication was great and the one small issue we had was resolved immediately. Fantastic, loved it. Will go back again."

"Une très belle semaine antre amis dans un très beau chalet tout équipé. Les chambres spacieuses équipées chacunes d'une salle de bain et d'un WC sont vraiment très appréciables. Une grande terrasse avec une vue paisible et calme. Petit plus avec le jacuzzi."

"We enjoyed such a fabulous stay at this place. So conveniently located a 10 minute walk from the ski lifts and 5 minutes to the main town square. Well equipped room, comfortable bed, and every room has doors leading to a patio or balcony. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. The spa facilities were a wonderful touch. The only minor change would be the cleanliness of our room - the floor was rather dirty so had to ensure we wore slippers or sliders so we didn’t get mucky feet. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again and again."

"Room was really clean on arrival. Spacious apartment with balcony facing two ways (went round the side of the apartment). Reception staff were all lovely too. I enjoyed the free visit to the sauna & steam room, which was also clean. I didn’t use the pool but saw a group enjoying it while I was steaming away. It’s 2 stops on the bus, which stops right outside the residence. It’s about a 15 min walk from the GME but I often got the bus to ‘Cinema’, did my shopping at the Sherpa supermarche and enjoyed th peaceful walk over the river back to Lagrange. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was SUPER comfy (I’m very fussy with beds!). It was a hybrid mattress that wasn’t too firm or too soft and was thicker than many French places I’ve stayed at. It was extremely peaceful and would definitely recommend staying there. Nothing to groan about at all!"
