"Excellent hotel with so many amenities. The view alone makes the stay worthwhile however the hotel also includes so many activities especially for families. There’s a large pool, a baby pool, and a heated jacuzzi for adults. There’s a bar, restaurant and store on sight. Perfectly located to downtown shopping and restaurant. Highly recommend this place."

"Wasn’t checked in at the preferred reception for some reason ? Also the butler service was non existent in preferred club areas. Apart from that the hotel and service was excellent"

"What an amazing villa. We had great communication with the host Alessandro, who was very friendly & accommodating. The villa has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Very modern and comfortable, 20 mins from the airport, we hired a car as the villa is in the hills which we preferred as it was very quiet with great views. We highly recommend and will be returning next year"

"Johannes was a really great host. Quick communication and super helpful. Villa is massive and great for a large family or group of friends. Easy to get to los Christianos/las americas with buses and taxi (use local not uber as it’s cheaper) and there’s a great local around the corner as well as a padel court!Airport is 15min drive and around 40Not much to complain about other than the outside toilet didn’t work all week so kept having to go up to own room for the loo when hanging at the pool. On Mondays someone comes for a couple hours to do pool maintenance which we didn’t know about until we got there. To be fair though it was pretty quick and didn’t disrupt us too much. Thanks for having us we had a great time. "

"Recently refurbed, lovely hotel, it’s in a great position, just 2 negatives 1. Breakfast is chaos 2. Although plenty of sunbeds by pool, it is very crowded. The new bar on the terrace is excellent - we were upgraded to a fantastic room - Thank you"

"Reception had shocking customer service skills did not want to help whatsoever on arrival at 10pm was told we had no booking had to go and stay with family although I had my confirmation of booking and receipt of payment taken out of my account got a taxi back to the hotel next day to try to sort out my booking to be told again we have no booking I had book this hotel for 7 nights the staff did nothing we ended up staying on a family member’s sofa as their were no there hotels available absolutely discracfull would not recommend "

"Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. Asked for an iron board and kettle and was brought to room straight away. So much choice for Breakfast and the freshly squeezed orange juice was amazing"
