When you arrive, there is a bell by the outside gate to push and the owner will come over. "The street looks a little scary when arriving at night but is probably safe due to enough people being out and about. The noise was somewhat abated by the shutters. Most of the staff was friendly and very helpful. The overnight desk clerk was not so nice. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site.
