The main living room is furnished with plush seating options placed in front of dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows. After a trip to the beach this is a comfortable space to unwind and sip on a glass of wine while spending time with your loved ones. An additional sitting area provides further seating in front or a mounted flat screen TV. Settle down here for a movie at the end of the night. A sound system and WIFI are provided for your convenience.

Past the living room and sitting area is a beautifully designed kitchen. A chef will truly be in heaven using the updated stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. Whip up scrumptious snacks and mouthwatering meals for everyone to enjoy. In addition to these FIVE seats, there is an OUTSIDE dining table with seating for eight.

Simply slide open the Nana door between the kitchen and backyard to seamlessly transition to an indoor/outdoor setting. The outdoor dining set alongside a BBQ offers the perfect alfresco dining experience.

When you are ready to retire for the evening and receive a good night's rest, there are three bedrooms. The lavish master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, has doors to the back patio, and has an ensuite master bathroom. The master bathroom is spa-worthy with a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and marble tiling. The first guest bedroom holds a Queen-size bed and has doors leading to the side of the home. The second guest bedroom similarly has a Queen-size bed. A guest bathroom with a walk-in shower can be found in the hallway between these bedrooms.

A full laundry room is also tucked away off of the kitchen. A half bathroom is also located in the laundry room.
