Lovely apartment 100m from the sea

Lovely, bright and cozy apartment, located on the second floor with elevator. Suitable for families for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in a beautiful seaside town near Rome, rich in places to visit: the beautiful Odescalchi castle, the Roman arch dating back to the III century A. C and many other archaeological areas. The apartment has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen and dining area, complete two large balconies. The apartment is a short distance from the beach which can be reached on foot with a pleasant 5 minute walk, nearby there are a supermarket, bar, pharmacy and bus, bus and train stations to reach Rome easily.
Animals are not allowed.

It was nice stay there . House owner was very helpful and friendly. Also speak very good English. House is comfortable with specius rooms. I was worried about accommodation becouse we are family of five. My expectations was met 100%. I would like to go again in future. Thanks again to home owner.

Wir haben von hier aus die Gegend erkundet. Es gibt viele schöne Orte und Strände in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist für 5 Personen perfekt.

Appartamento spazioso e ben suddiviso, proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Posizione centrale comoda a tutti i servizi e tranquilla. Zona ventilata, soprattutto la sera. Spiagge formate da piccole baie sabbiose o con gli scogli adatte alle diverse esigenze. Consiglio Bumba Beach per il rapporto qualità prezzo si tratta di una spiaggia di sassi dove sembra di fare il bagno in un acquario tanto sono cristalline le acque e per la presenza di pesci colorati e ricci di mare. Tramonti sul mare indimenticabili, entroterra interessantissimo.
