"Cozy little cabin! Stayed with my husband and two dogs for 4 weeks! I didn't realize until we arrived that the house was located near a major bike blvd/protected bike lane which made so much of Berkeley and Oakland accessible. We took advantage of all the great restaurants/cafes that were walking/biking distance away (La Note, Imm, Rose Pizzeria, and more). "Very clean and modern unit. I really appreciated the coffee and condiments. Fully stocked kitchen with small stove and oven. Amazing water pressure in shower. Didn’t need for much except maybe foil or plastic wrap to keep my leftovers. Great communication with host. Parking was tight if other tenants didn’t stay inside their designated lines. And front gate would not stay latched, but overall pleasant stay. Perfect for two adult guests. "

"Breakfast was prohibitively expensive. The $13 option was just a couple of pastries (no hot breakfast). Hot breakfast was $31 per person each day and was nothing spectacular: only added fried rice to the typical eggs and sausage/bacon. The food items were good quality, though a bit bland."

"We had a great stay overall. The view from the hotel was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our visit. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay very enjoyable. The only areas that could use some improvement were the lobby, which could have been a bit cleaner during our stay, and the parking. It was inconvenient to have to pay an additional fee to park at the same hotel, especially as a guest. Overall, we had a positive experience and would consider staying here again. With a little more attention to the lobby’s cleanliness and a more guest-friendly parking policy, this hotel would be excellent."

"No free breakfast, but a nice restaurant next door open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Parking is offered for a price, but no valet until you get to the garage which is a block away, uphill. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are small but very clean and have a vintage vibe which was exactly what we like."

"This was a beautiful stay! I absolutely loved this hotel. I would say be careful about the parking before booking. There’s not really a parking lot available if you’re from out of town. Also, for the vallet, me and my partner did get over charge with the vallet. It can add up for quickly if you are not aware. Overall, this was a great experience and would love to comeback again :)"
