"Not a lot of tea, coffee and milk in the room, had to keep asking for more. The steps in the room cause inconvenience. Brilliant location, great staff, spacious airy rooms, very clean. "
"We chose this hotel for our 29th wedding anniversary, it didn’t disappoint. Staff were great, room was lovely, food was great. Hope to go back soon.

"One of our guests had an unfortunate accident requiring medical assistance. Alex was fabulous and so helpful. Couldnt thank staff enough for their kindness "
"We loved our stay at Crown Plaza. On arrival staff wore very welcoming and helpful. Our room was just what we wanted ,clean comfortable and with a great view. Breakfast in the morning was beautiful and plenty some. The only thing that we wore disappointed with was the swimming area. No men's changing area, meant you had to walk through the reception area in a dressing gown. Swimming pool was cold and we felt uncomfortable
using the steam room as men wore loitering out side it. We did not feel relaxed and went back to our room. Hotel in it self was Fab. Thank you . "
"Great location. Lovely apartment. Lift was not working which would have been an issue for some but in general a good place to stay and great value for a city centre. "
