Sheffield Hotel Guide - Wedding Hotels in Sheffield, England

"Booked last minute for a meeting in Sheffield. Low price and lovely little room. I wasn't aware it was next to university halls though so be aware on weekends I imagine it gets rowdy as the bar in the hotel is open 24 hours (I was told on check in). Also note the car park is small, I arrived at 9pm and struggled to park having to do 2 loops, they'll give you a permit at reception to pop in your windscreen. However all in all a decent hotel for what I paid. The bed was a tad hard for me after a 4 hour drive but that's my own preference. Room was small but clean with a king bed and all amenities you need. Refill stations on each floor for fresh milk and biscuits. Breakfast was included with what I paid but unfortunately my meeting moved forward and hour at last minute so I couldn't give it a go, the biscuits at the refill station were a welcome touch for a breakfast on the go though. Staff were friendly and welcoming and if I were here again for a meeting I would return. Only side note for people is there's no lift, so if you have a lot of bags or struggle with mobility it's worth taking note of. "

"The Leopold Hotel was amazing! The room was lovely and so comfortable. We enjoyed the room service and the room was squeaky clean. Would certainly return for more than one night to explore Sheffield more. We stayed here to be close to the train station after our visit to Chatsworth house. "

"It's a very satisfying hotel located half an hour's walk from Sheffield City Centre. Great breakfast, friendly staff and extremely accommodating at all hours. Could do with slightly better wi-fi and air conditioning in rooms however highly recommended otherwise"

"A quick one night stop over. Everything was just fine. There was a good choice for breakfast. All round good value for money and in the centre of Sheffield or where we wanted to be. Parking near by "

"My partner and I booked a suite at the Novotel for 2 days as we were visiting Sheffield to watch the World Snooker Semi Finals. The hotel could hardly be better situated for the snooker as it is a 5 minute walk from the Crucible Theatre, right next door to the Winter Gardens. The hotel suite was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff were really helpful. We had a slight problem with the coffee machine in the room but a hotel manager sorted that out for us within minutes of our mentioning it. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of choices. The hotel has its own indoor car park at a charge of £15 per day at the time of writing. All in all we had a really enjoyable stay. We're planning to go back to the Novotel for a bit longer next year."
