"The friendliest of welcomes on arrival. Very smart, clean room. Some room highlights included the fast WiFi, pod coffee machine, sky TV channels, mini fridge. Good hotel location - Liverpool One is about 5mins walk away and lots of smart bars and restaurants in the hotel area."

"We stayed for the night at the hotel, it was great, fantastic room, the staff we really friendly. The hotel is in a great location right next to concert square. The room had a little kitchen area inside the wardrobe, coffe machine, kettle, microwave etc... We would defo stay again. "

"Place is immaculate. The staff from the reception to housekeeping to the bar are all great. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but from what I can see, the food looks great too. "

"The room was clean, beds very comfortable and the staff were friendly, breakfast was probably the worst hotel breakfast we’ve had. Although we would stay here in future we won’t be paying for the breakfast. "
