The staff for example Troy were all excellent!

Lovely hotel with great breakfast and very central. The staff was nice and helpful, will definitely come back.

Was really great place, well maintained and clean. The staff was really friendly. We reached London way earlier than the checking time but the staff accommodated us for early checking and helped in booking as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location near waterloo station so a perfect base for sightseeing. Very polite friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms

great location for our specific needs this trip. found staff very helpful and accomodating. rooms clean and hotel modern and has all one would need for a stay in london. breakfast good, yet to try the restaurant but will do so before we leave.

Location excellent. Shopping. River.

We stayed at The Lalit over the May Bank Holiday weekend. The hotel and location were 1st class. The staff were friendly and professional. Proximity to London Bridge Station meant London was very easily accessible by Underground. Location by Tower Bridge is ideal for walks along the river to see the sights. We has a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend The Lalit.

Great hotel option for any event or activity in the O2. We had room on 7th floor with view of O2 & river. Nice pool, steam room etc.

Beautiful hotel, great facilities and services, ideal location
