"This was not what was expected. The suite was basically 2 rooms with the door taken off. There was a horrible order, there was a tub that looked like a small pool in our bathroom, shower was super small, and the place needed upgrades bad"

"Pictures are deceiving. This hotel needs a total renovation. Carpets are dirty, elevators are sketchy. Do not use the stairwells from the garage although you may have to as elevator was not working. Stairwell reeked of urine and littered with trash and there was evidence of squatters. In our room there was a flood. It was obvious from the moldy walls and decayed plaster this had been occurring frequently. We reported to the front desk. No one came to correct or offer us a different room. 2-stars because was easy and Starbucks on premises."
