This open, sunny bed-sittingroom is accessed through a private entrance. Patio doors open to the back deck overlooking a wooded ravine . The 1970's layout has extra amenities including a fully equiped, eat-in kitchen which is yours' alone. The large, main room has a gas fireplace and 42 " smart TV. The three-piece shower room is off the adjacent hallway beyond the unlocked accordian door unlocked. A shared laundry room is one floor below. Street parking is free, or a small car can fit in the driveway. This backsplit home is owner-occupied in a quiet, residential neighborhood close to the Waterfront Trail, Lakeside Park, and Port Dalhousie beach. Grocery store, restaurants, a bank and bus service plus shops are two blocks away.
