The three-piece shower room is off the adjacent hallway. A shared laundry room is one floor below. The private entrance from the back deck overlooks a wooded ravine. Street parking is free. This backsplit home is owner-occupied in a quiet, residential neighborhood close to the Waterfront Trail, Lakeside Park, and Port Dalhousie beach. Grocery shopping and bus service are two blocks away.
