"The hotel is close to everything but some things needs to improve. They need to get better about getting access to the rooms. To go to the elevator anyone can come up.. Would be better if they only allow whoever has a card key. You don’t need a card key to go to the elevator. Inside the room there was no hairdryer and the housekeeping only comes every 3 days. They should clean the room everyday or whenever the guests need it."

"Initial problems with key card not working but staff sorted quickly and efficiently. Room bright, fresh and clean, beds very comfortable. Shame no pillow protectors though. Also no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which surprised me for a 4 star rating. Drinks machine at reception for additional charge Great location, would stay again "

"I struggled to rate this hotel fairly. It is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean. The location is perfect. It is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and about a 20-minute walk to most theaters. The reason I won’t stay here again is that the walls are paper thin. I could hear every conversation in the room next to us, and it seemed as if they were speaking in a “regular” volume. We could hear every room in our vicinity’s doors closing in the hallway. Also no air conditioning so you will most likely need to sleep with your window open. One night, there was a car alarm that went off for a long time. The hotel does leave ear plugs next to the bed, so I am sure they are aware of this issue."

"Everything was great except the size of the room. It was hard for two people to negotiate, especially when one of them is 6'4"."

"This was a return stay for us. We were happy from the last stay that's why we stayed at this property again for this trip. The included breakfast was good. Not just Continental breakfast. The hotel was quiet. Just a short walk from terminal 4 via a covered walkway. Terminal 4 is connected to the other terminals by free underground train."
